Vince is a Principal & Consulting Actuary with DaVinci Consulting Group, LLC. DaVinci was co-founded by Vince in 2007.

Experience

Vince is an actuary with 27 years of experience in insurance product design, pricing, strategic planning, financial analysis and projections, reinsurance, reserve valuations and expert testimony. He has worked with a broad range of life insurance, health insurance and managed care products. His clients have included insurance companies, banks, reinsurance companies, Blues plans, HMOs, government agencies health care providers and independent marketing organizations.

Vince is recognized as one of the leading long-term care insurance experts in the country, with over 20 years of experience with the product. His experience includes both stand-alone long-term care products as well as combination products linked to life insurance and annuities.

Prior to forming DaVinci, Vince was a Principal with Milliman, Inc. Before joining Milliman, Vince was with GE Financial Assurance (currently Genworth), where he was responsible for developing strategic alliances. He also served as Chief Actuary and was a member of the Board of Directors of one of GEFA’s insurance entities at the time. Before joining GEFA, Mr. Bodnar was a consulting actuary for KPMG LLP.
